As our Head Wizard of English, you will lead our academic team and teach. Your responsibilities include maintaining academic standards, overseeing teacher recruitment and development, and supporting student progress. Additionally, you will help us continuously evolve our courses and teaching methods. You won't simply be implementing decisions made elsewhere - this is a genuinely influential role within a small independent school.
