Issue: 10/16/26 Category: FULL-TIME TEACHING POSITIONS Full-time, 37 working hours/week, 28 teaching hours/week, M-F 8:40-4:00. 3,108,000yen/year. Teach a small, combined class of first and second graders all subjects using the American curriculum. Write lesson plans weekly and work on WASC reports collaboratively with other teachers. Attend regular teacher meetings and parent conferences. Work location Kofu, Yamanashi. Native English speaker, BA/BS (Elementary Education), non-Japanese elementary teaching license, one year experience, and experience using Google drive required. SCHOOL PREFERS THAT APPLICANT CURRENTLY RESIDE IN JAPAN. Will sponsor or renew visa. Accommodation: "School will help teacher with obtaining an apartment and help the teacher find the items needed for living here." Paid holidays, paid vacation, social insurance, training, raises every two years, help with dependent tuition, 60,000yen Christmas bonus, 10,000yen supply stipend, and participation in a one-week summer camp 60,000yen.
