Issue: 11/1/26 Category: FULL-TIME TEACHING POSITIONS Short-term position: 4 months, full-time, 40 hours/week, 25 teaching/class hours/week, 7 days/week. Volunteer position. Teach private one-on-one lessons and private, group and open classes. Plan lessons, organize events (Welcome Ceremony, Speech Festival, Project Presentation and Graduation Party), and host Chat Cafe. Work location on board the MV Pacific World ship. Proper visa, native level English speaker, BA/BS, 18 months of relevant full-time experience teaching English and/or Spanish as a second language, and Powerpoint/Work skills required. Japanese speaking ability, and TESL/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred. SCHOOL PREFERS THAT APPLICANT CURRENTLY RESIDE IN JAPAN. Accommodation: "applicants are provided with a shared cabin on the ship. Full food (3 meals per day) and board is provided for the duration of the cruise." "Volunteers must be able to obtain all relevants visas before the departure deadline in order to join the cruise." Four-month volunteer contract renewable three times. Training.
