Instructional Coach

Job Description

Join BECA as an Instructional Coach in Honduras and help strengthen bilingual education for more than 200 students. Coach and mentor teachers, lead professional development, guide English and reading instruction, support volunteer operations, and build strong community partnerships. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of education or management experience, cross-cultural competence, and a collaborative, growth-oriented approach. Spanish or Latin America experience is a plus.
